Sleep is not something your child does well.
You would think that babies and young children would sleep! If it’s such a basic need, why is it often hard to come by these days?
Dealing with their not sleeping makes you feel so tired! You never dreamed you could be this exhausted, and you have no idea how to fix it – your kids need you ALL THE TIME.
Rocking is the only way to get your babies to sleep, and sometimes they stay asleep when you lower them into their crib – if you do it just right. Maybe your spouse can do it, too, but you can’t leave them with a babysitter.
Right now, it feels like it’s all on you. You don’t know how to keep going like this, but you also don’t know how to improve it. You feel stuck and want to be able to enjoy this time and stage of life. After all, this is part of your life, and you want to give your children the needed rest.
Help is available!
Wouldn’t it be great if someone could do all the thinking for you, and all you had to do was put the changes into action?
You’ve looked at blogs and maybe even taken a masterclass on baby sleep – but how the heck do you make those tips apply to your family? Or perhaps you don’t have the bandwidth to read the books and take the class.
That’s where I come in.
I’ve been studying infant and pediatric sleep for more than ten years, and I’ve read the books for you!
I’ve implemented good sleep habits with more babies and young children than I can count, and love coaching parents using these same techniques.
Will you let me help you, too?
You do not have to do this alone.
There is so much hope that you can feel rested again. Concierge Sleep Consulting can help you realize that hope.
